Paul is one of the directors of the TriNav Group of Companies who has extensive experience in the marine industry. He has completed many projects for the Federal Department of Fisheries and Oceans including work with fishermen first nation/aboriginal groups and many other institutes related to the fishing industry. Paul has worked as a Fisheries Observer, Program Manager, Energy Conservation Consultant and Naval Architect Technician over his career. His position as Director of TriNav Fisheries Consultants offers a unique blend of experience to the company. |

Dave holds a degree majoring in economics and brings vast experience to the company. Dave has worked for the Department of Fisheries and Oceans as an economist, supervisor of operations for the conservation and protection branch and associate director of International Fisheries. He has also worked for numerous seafood processing and marketing companies including O’Donnell-Usen Fisheries Corporation, National Sea Products Ltd., Seafreez Food Inc., Fortune Seas Canada Ltd. and Barry Group Inc. His position with these companies ranged from Manager of Fleet Services & Strategy, Vice President of Purchasing & Operations and President of Marketing & Sales. In the past number of years David has completed many Fisheries related projects involving development and evaluation of new business opportunities in the fishery and business expansion and operations. |

Osborne offers many years of extensive experience in the fishing industry as a whole. With twenty years of experience as a Fish Harvester along with 15 years experience as a Fish Harvester Representative. Osborne has direct knowledge of fishing vessel operations. He has attended and presented at Government committees. He is an elected representative of both the Maritimes Harbour Authority Advisory Council and the National Harbour Authority Council. Osborne also has direct experience and an ongoing relationship with many First Nations groups throughout the Maritimes. |

Kim has a total of nine years working with Fish Harvesters and fisheries organizations/government departments. She holds a Bachelor Degree of Arts Community Studies and has used this to assist her in working with large organizations and small groups. She has completed, formulated and managed many fisheries projects. She has served as Adminsitrator and President of the North of Smokey Fishermen's Association. She is also well experienced in dealing with government and the industry in promoting the fishery as it is relates to rural communities. |

Zach holds a science degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from Carleton University where he studied conservation ecology and fisheries dynamics. Having completed his university studies Zach has developed an in depth understanding of many key attributes within research biology including performing population studies, environmental assessments, evolutionary studies and taxonomic identifications. Zach has worked with Environment Canada’s New Substance Branch as an evaluator assistant and research associate where he was responsible for reviewing potential impacts of new chemicals on the ecosystem. |
